What’s covered on the day?
This 2-day course is open to all practitioners who are responsible for the treatment of non-life-threatening traumatic wounds in the emergency setting.
Assessment
A written knowledge assessment will be undertaken. Participants will leave the course with a competency document to take back to their workplace for completion.
Participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
Participants will undergo a supervised practice session and complete a knowledge assessment. The learning
hours can contribute to your professional development portfolio and as part of your revalidation.

- Closure of more complex wounds (ears, lips, oral mucosa etc)
