This summer, Ashfield Services proudly joined The Outstanding Diversity Forum at Manchester Pride, walking side by side with our peers from the Adult Health & Social Care Sector.
Manchester Pride is not only a celebration of love, identity, and community, but also an important reminder of the ongoing need for equality and representation. For us at Ashfield Services, attending alongside colleagues from across the sector was a powerful way to reaffirm our commitment to inclusivity, both within our organisation and in the communities we serve.
Walking in solidarity with other professionals dedicated to health and social care highlighted the shared values that unite us: compassion, respect, and the belief that everyone should be able to live and work authentically.
Our Partnership with The Outstanding Diversity Forum
We were honoured to walk under the banner of The Outstanding Diversity Forum, an initiative that champions diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Adult Health & Social Care Sector. By participating, we showed our continued dedication to ensuring training, care, and professional development are accessible, welcoming, and empowering for everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience.
Looking Back, Moving Forward
We’re proud to have been part of such a meaningful day, and grateful to The Outstanding Diversity Forum for bringing so many of us together. Ashfield Services has always placed people at the heart of everything we do. Our presence at Manchester Pride reflects our ongoing mission: to deliver training and support that not only meets regulatory standards but also embraces the richness of diversity in health and social care.
We are proud to stand with our peers in shaping a sector where everyone is valued and celebrated.
We’ll be marching again at Brighton Pride 2026 – will we see you there?
