Open Course Bookings:

Your Booking:

A booking on a Public Course is a “place” booked and not a place booked for a specific delegate. We keep this flexibility for you, the customer, in case you need to send an alternative delegate to the course at the last minute. Attendance is retrieved from the Attendee Sheets completed at the beginning of the course allowing Ashfield Services to issue certificates.

Ashfield Services will provide the Client with handouts and resources via email to the Client who made the booking. It is the Clients responsibility to print and supply delegates with these resources and handouts for the booked course. Printed Handouts can be ordered at £2.50 per delegate to cover printing and postage charges. Please speak with the Ashfield Services team if these are required.

Certificates are generated and issued using the Attendee Register from the beginning of the course. These certificates are emailed to the Client who made the booking (unless advised differently) within 14 days following the course. Please ensure that delegates attending the training course completes the Attendee Sheet clearly as any certificate amendments will be charged at £5 +VAT per certificate. Should you choose for your certificates to be printed and posted by Ashfield Services, this can be arranged at a cost of £5.00 +VAT per certificate.

Payment:

All prices quoted on the website are exclusive of VAT and service charges.

(Organisations Only) Payment must be made in full and inclusive of VAT within 7 days of the date of the commenced course or within 30 days of issued invoice, whichever is sooner (unless alternative payment terms have been agreed). Failure to pay may result in your places being cancelled or certificates not being issued until payment is received. If payment is not received 14 days after the “Invoice Due Date”, Late Payment Interest will be applied and reasonable recovery costs will be incurred at an additional charge of £40, to cover administrations costs and details passed on to credit reference agencies which may affect your future credit rating.

(Self Funders Only) Ashfield Services classify a “Self Funder” as an individual funding themselves to attend one of Ashfield Services courses. Payment must be made in full, inclusive of VAT & service charges at the point of booking by our Finance Department. A cleared VAT Invoice and receipt for payment will be issued via email. No course information will be provided until payment has been received. If payment is not received within 7 days following your booking, your place(s) will be released.
